Class Explanation
Fire Emblem Engage Archer Archer Archers can make quick work of the griffin riders that will approach the team from the north-east side of the map.
Fire Emblem Engage Lance Armor Lance Armor Armored units can easily tank all the fliers as they all do physical attacks.

Chapter 13 Battle Walkthrough

Objective
1 The Map has Darkness so be sure to buy Torches first!
Torches can illuminate the area it was used at and is useful for revealing enemies in maps with darkness.
2 Send your archers and armored unit to the right
The water side path will be infested with physical fliers. Having armored units and archers will quickly dispatch those.
3 Send high mobility units downward to visit the house.
This is optional but it will net you the Rescue, a stronger warp staff.
4 Have the bottom group clear the rubble going to the west
You'll need to make a path to rejoin the rest of the team. You can also have the armor and archer team to back track once they reach the area near the boss to help clear some barricades.
5 Make sure to group up before attacking the sibling bosses
They are both axe users and have a revival stone so having a sword class break them first is ideal.

Visit the Houses the Obtain a Seraph Robe and Rescue

Rescue

There are two houses that can be visited on the map. Make sure to visit these to obtain the Seraph Robe, a consumable item that permanently increases stats, and Rescue, a stronger warp staff.

The House Near the Twins Are Inaccessible

While it may be tempting to rush and save the house that will be pillaged on turn 2, without Sigurd's Emblem, it is impossible to get to that area on time even with warp spells.

Defeating the Twin Thieves

Totchie Death

This will be a battle with two bosses simultaneously. You'll want to regroup first before proceeding to attack the bosses. They are also both axe users so having a sword unit like Alear inflict break first is ideal.

It is possible to get to the first house. It's an elixir. Not worth it in my opinion. There isn't any dialogue afterwards that would suggest it was important in the exploration area. I managed to get there by using 4 total staff users. 2 staff users to warp Jean and Ivy. Made Ivy hold a rescue and rescue Jean. Had Jean use the combat arts with the Edelgard bond to move twice. Then had him use obstruct on the entrance of the house just barely.
