How to Forge Weapons
You Can Refine Weapons at the Smithy
Weapons can be forged, or refined, at the Smithy in the Somniel. The Smithy is located at the Plaza, or the entrance of the Somniel home base. Prepare for combat by strengthening your weapons so that you can obliterate your enemies with ease!
Strengthening Your Weapons
You can make your current weapons stronger by using different materials and gold to upgrade them. Every weapon can be refined up to +5 level. Higher level upgrades reflect the total cost, so refining to +1 first will reduce its cost from the higher upgrades.

Turning Weapons Into New Weapons
Besides strengthening your weapon, you can also transform your current weapon into a different one by also using materials and gold! Use it to upgrade weapons like the Iron Lance into a Ridersbane for Cavalry effectiveness or a Killer Lance to deal crits more often.

After Completing Chapter 5
You unlock the Smithy upon returning to the Somniel after completing Chapter 5.
What is the Smithy?
The Smithy is where you can engrave and forge weapons. It is a great place to prepare for your next skirmish by upgrading your weapons to increase their stats. You can also exchange ingots here.
