How to Get Hector

Get Emblem Bracelet From Expansion Pass DLC

Hector dwells within an Emblem Bracelet that comes as part of Wave 2 of the Expansion Pass DLC. Upon purchasing and downloading the Expansion Pass, complete the Divine Paralogue of the Brash General. After clearing the map, you will receive the Emblem Bracelet containing Hector.

On maddening, Storm Eye is not very effective because enemy won't attacking you. You must combine it with Assign Decoy from Emblem Soren to make it work

This build is useless on maddening because the AI will either ignore the unit (if they only have a physical weapon) or will instant kill them (if they have a magic weapon). You have essentially turn your unit into a walking obstruct staff
