How to Get Leif

Available During Chapter 8

Leif becomes available as an Emblem unit during the events of Chapter 8: The Kingdom of Might. He will join Alear and the rest of your party right after winning the battle and retrieving his Emblem ring from Ivy.

He will eventually be stolen in Chapter 11: Retreat along with the Emblem Rings of Marth, Sigurd, Celica, Micaiah, and Roy.

When to Get Leif Back

You will get Leif and his Emblem Ring back after the battle of Chapter 17: Serenity in Ruin together with Sigurd. Leif can be used as an Emblem again by your party for the duration of the game.

Eventually, Leif grows up and decides to fight against Grannvale, which is tyrannizing the Thracian Peninsula. Leif inherits the blood of Lance Knight Njörun and Paladin Baldr, but since he only has minor blood of the two Crusaders, he is troubled by his inability to wield their Holy Weapons. Still, he moved many people's hearts with his fighting style, and grew up as a splendid leader.
