When to Use Master Seals

Promote Units as Soon as Possible

Fire Emblem Promote

Master Seals are used to promote a Level 10+ unit and change its Base class to an Advanced version. Advanced Classes have enhanced stats, new skills, and can equip more weapons. It's best to use them as soon as possible since experience growth doesn't slow down and you're more likely to get stat growths in Advanced Classes due to advanced classes having higher stat growths.

Second Seals are Required for Reclassing

Aside from Master Seals, there are Second Seals that are used to reclass a unit from one Base or Advanced class to another. Second Seals are useful if you want to have a specific team composition with your preferred characters.
