Killer Axe is one of the weapons you can use in Fire Emblem Engage (FE Engage). It is also an Engage Weapon that your units can use when Engaged with Emblem Leif. Emblem Leif automatically joins your party after the battle in Chapter 8. From here onwards, any of your unit can use the emblem's Killer Axe as long as the two are engaged.
Chapter 8: The Kingdom of Might Walkthrough
You can get a Killer Axe by defeating Rosado during the battle in Chapter 10.
Chapter 10: The Fell Dragon Sombron Walkthrough
Killer Axe can be bought from the Armory at the Somniel for 3,000G from Chapter 12 onwards. The stronger the weapon you want to buy, the more expensive it is so make sure you have enough money to buy each of your ally a strong weapon.
