Hammer is one of the weapons you can use in Fire Emblem Engage (FE Engage). It is also an Engage Weapon that your units can use when Engaged with Emblem Ike. Ike's Hammer can be obtained once Emblem Ike joins your team in Chapter 13. From here onwards, any unit paired with him can use the Hammer whenever they're engaged.

You can get a Hammer by defeating the thief positioned to the north of the main team in Chapter 6. The enemy unit will drop a Hammer once he's defeated.
Chapter 6: The Stolen Ring Walkthrough
Hammer can be bought from the Armory at the Somniel for 2,500G from Chapter 9 onwards. The stronger the weapon you want to buy, the more expensive it is so make sure you have enough money to buy each of your ally a strong weapon.

This weapon can sometimes be obtained by defeating enemy units with a green item icon in battles and skirmishes. When defeated, these units drop valuable items so always be on the lookout for them.
