How to Get Ragnell
Raise Bond Level with Emblem Ike to Level 15
Get Ragnell by raising a unit's bond with Emblem Ike to Level 15. You can do this by having your desired unit engage in Bond Conversations and Emblem Training at the Arena in the Somniel with Emblem Ike.
Your unit whose Bond Level has reached Level 15 with Emblem Ike can now use Ragnell.
