Bittneld and Emfrid is located in Chorrol. Speak with Casta Scribonia to start the quest.

1 Talk to Casta Scribonia in Chorrol
2 Talk to Bittneld the Curse-Bringer
3 Talk to Emfrid at the Gray Mare
4 Return to Bittneld

Talk to Casta Scribonia in Chorrol

Find Casta Scribonia and talk to her about Chorrol.

Talk to Bittneld the Curse-Bringer

Find Bittneld the Curse-Bringer, the captain of the Chorrol guard. Choose the Chorrol dialogue option.

Talk to Emfrid at the Gray Mare

Head to the Grey Mare and speak with Emfrid about Bittneld.

Return to Bittneld

Go back to Bittneld and ask him about Chorrol and Emfrid. From there, he will agree to stop at the Grey Mare to speak with Emfrid.

The side quest completes from here but pass the time to get additional dialogues from Bittneld, Emfrid and Casta Scribonia.
