Smuggler

Find the entrance of the Smuggler's Cave under Castle Anvil southwest of Kvatch.

Kill the Red Sabre Skeletons

Kill the Red Sabre Skeletons

Kill all the Red Sabre Skeletons inside the cave. Follow the red marker on the compass as it leads you to the Captain's Quarters. Kill the last skeleton named Cap'n Dugal inside.
