Drunk and Disorderly is located in Choroll's Fighters Guild. Talk to Modryn Oreyn to start the quest.

Talk to Modryn
Head to Choroll's Fighters Guild and talk to Modryn. He lets you know that a couple of Fighters Guild members have been making a ruckus in Leyawiin and asks you to deal with them.
Head to Leyawiin's Five Claws Lodge
Guild members Dubok gro-Shagk, Rellian and Vantus Prelius can be found in Five Claws Lodge. Talking to them will inform you that the Blackwood Company has been beating out the Fighters Guild on work.
You will need to get them some work to sober them up.
Talk to Margarte
Talk to Witseidutsei, the barkeep, about contracts and he'll direct you to Margarte. She can be found around her home southeast of the bar or around the Three Sisters' Inn.
She'll ask you to collect 5 portions of Ectoplasm to swing her favor to the Fighers Guild instead of the Blackwood Company.
Report to the Guildmates
After collecting Ectoplasm and giving it to Margarte, she'll give her ingredient collecting contract to your guildmates. Report back to the trio in the tavern to tell them the good news.
Report to Modryn
Head back to Modryn in Choroll to complete the quest and receive your rewards.
Drunk and Disorderly Rewards
Gold From Modryn
You will receive gold depending on your level from Modryn directly after the quest. This will depend on your player level upon completion.
Promotion to Swordsman
Talking to Modryn after this quest will promote your Fighters Guild rank to Swordsman.
