Retrieve Dead Drop Order #6
When you collect your reward for the A Matter of Honor quest, you will also receive your next order.
Retrieve the Dead Drop Order #6 alongside the reward in the Hollowed-Out Tree Stump behind the Stonewall Shields at the Imperial City Market District. This will begin The Coldest Sleep quest.
Your target is Havilstein Hoar-Blood, a savage Nord barbarian skilled with an axe.
Kill Havilstein Hoar-Blood
Head to Gnoll Mountain
Head to Gnoll Mountain. To get there, you can fast travel to the Wildeye Stables in Bruma, then ride eastward, following the marker until you reach the mountain.
Eliminate Havilstein Hoar-Blood
You can find Havilstein Hoar-Blood on the mountain, gazing into the distance. You can sneak up on him, but he is rather tough, so it would require a few more hits. His axe has multiple enchantments, so be careful fighting him in direct combat.
Pick Up Reward and Next Contract
Head to the Ayleid ruin of Nornal, southeast of Cheydinhal. To get there, fast travel to Muck Valley Cavern, then ride south toward the ruin.
Enter the ruins and proceed deep inside, following the marker until you find a flooded passage. Swim straight ahead until you reach a gate with an Average lock—lockpick your way through.
Inside the chamber lies the Sunken Chest. Open it to retrieve your reward and next contract.

You will receive 500 Gold as a reward for completing the quest A Matter of Honor.
