Talk to Ocheeva
Talk to Ocheeva about the Contract. She will inform you that there are mulitple targets in this mission.
You will pretend as one of the guests at a gathering, and you must secretly eliminate all the guests one by one, not letting anybody witness the act.
If requirements are met, you will receive the bonus reward Night Mother's Blessing.
Murder All Five Guests
Head to the Summitmist Manor in Skingrad. It is the second house to your right from the East Gate. Talk to the doorman Fafnir and he will supply you with the key to the manor.
There are different ways you can accomplish this mission.
Option 1: Kill One by One When Alone
This is the simplest and quickest way to achieve the mission.
The manor has plenty of rooms at the top floor which can offer a lot of privacy. Wait for each guest to go to the private quarters or roam alone on the other parts of the house.
When you are sure that there is nobody who will see you, kill the target.
Option 2: Feed the Guests Poisoned Apples
This method might be tedious and require a long wait. If you have enough Poisoned Apples, you can use this as a way to kill your targets.
Take all the food in the manor and pickpocket all the food in the guests' inventory. Place the Poisoned Apples on the table and wait for each guest to eat them.
They will die immediately from poisoning.
You can find some poison apples in a barrel in Fort Farragut. You can also purchase them from M'raaj-Dar in the Dark Brotherhood Sanctuary in Cheydinhal.
Option 3: Make the Guests Kill Each Other
This method is most interesting if you don’t mind going through extensive dialogue.
Speak to all the guests to get to know them well. Raise their disposition above 70, and you will be able to convince four of them to attack each other. Only Matilde Petit will refuse to engage, but you can manipulate the others into attacking her—or eliminate her yourself as the final target.
Remain the sole guest, and you will have successfully fulfilled your mission
Report Back to Ocheeva
No matter what method you have chosen, make your way back to the Sanctuary in Cheydinhal. Talk to Ocheeva to complete the Whodunit? quest.

There is No Hidden Chest
The hidden chest with gold that the guests are looking for does not exist.
Additionally, the key to open the manor door that is supposed to also be in the chest, is given to you by Fafnir, the doorman.
Whodunit?: Why Does Neville Attack Suddenly?
High Infamy and High Aggression
If you have a high Infamy, Neville will attack you after speaking with Matilde Petit due to his high aggression. You can use this to your advantage by letting the other guests kill him.

Bonus Reward: Night Mother's Blessing
You will receive 100 Gold as a reward.
If you kllled each guest without anyone witnessing, then you will also receive the bonus reward Night Mother's Blessing for the quest Whodunit?
The Night Mother's Blessing will give a permanent +2 increase to your Sneak, Security, Acrobatics, Blade, Marksman,
