Sells a bunch of wares including poisons, potions, lockpicks, and skooma. Location: Outside the Imperial City Walls. |

Target in the Clavicus Vile Quest but can be defeated beforehand for the full Umbra Ebony Armor Set and the Umbra Sword. Location: Inside the Vindasel Ayleid ruin, southwest of the Imperial City. |

A very elusive NPC that is required for the Bravil Recommendation quest. Location: Inside Bravil Mages Guild between 8 AM to 10 AM. |

Quest giver for the Paranoia side quest. You can earn up to 1,550 Gold depending on your choices during the quest. Location: Behind the Great Chapel of Julianos, Skingrad during midnight. |

Fences who are part of the Thieves Guild are integral for the faction because selling them stolen goods is required to advance the questline.
