Find Mitsumune
Kyonyo asks you to deliver a letter to Mitsumune to enlist their help in eliminating Wada Koretake. You can find Mitsumune in Nunobiki Falls by starting from the Jizo Statue northwest of Amagasaki Castle and following the road north until you spot a waterfall.
Retrieve the Statue
Mitsumune will need the stolen statue retrieved before he can face Kyonyo again and join forces with the warrior monks. The statue was taken to Senri Hills, which you can reach by following the road that leads northeast, starting from the same Jizo Statue near Amagasaki Castle.
On the east side of Senri Hills is Toneyama Post Town, where the statue is said to be taken. The place is overrun by bandits, and you'll have to sneak or fight your way through to the east end until you reach the house where the Statue of Shinran is.
Return to Mitsumune
Escape the enemy base and take the Statue of Shinran back to Nunobiki Falls. Give it to Mitsumune, and he will tell you to return it to Kyonyo, as he doesn't feel worthy as a protector of the statue anymore.
However, he assures that they will fight with the warrior monks when the time comes, marking the quest's conclusion.
