When you find Takahashi Ichi-hime in Umenomiya Taisha Shrine during The Twisted Tree questline, you'll be given the choice to spare her or kill her in a duel. You will receive the same rewards and outcome regardless of your choice, so you can choose without worrying about consequences.

Sparing Ichi-Hime is the Canon Choice

It's not a bug, if you kill the father automatically the daughter and the younger son are free, and there it automatically gives you how to save yourself.

Bruh, I was doing the belly of the beast quest, killed the leader and it auto spared the bother and her. Idk if thats a bug or was ment to be lol
