When you find Takahashi Ichi-hime in Umenomiya Taisha Shrine during The Twisted Tree questline, you'll be given the choice to spare her or kill her in a duel. You will receive the same rewards and outcome regardless of your choice, so you can choose without worrying about consequences.
Sparing Ichi-hime in this encounter is the better choice as it is also the Canon choice. Ichi-hime is not like her older siblings and just wants to escape her family and its twisted code with Goro.

The Daydreamer's Grip Bow and Adrenaline on Afflicted Enemies Engraving are both obtainable on either choice. The Bow deals increased damage when used at night.
