Quests under the People of Yamashiro focus on addressing the troubles in the Yamashiro region. This includes helping a local samurai protect the people from bandits and investigating reported sightings of The Yokai.
The People of Yamashiro quest board is unlocked immediately after accepting any of its quests. Most players will unlock this board after completing the main quest, The Tea Ceremony, as it automatically unlocks Tea Bowls for Rikyu, one of the quests from the People of Yamashiro.
