I know Imai Sokyu's daughter	Asajiro will tell you that Imai Sokyu doesn't have a daughter. This won't affect the outcome either.

After eavesdropping on the gunsmiths during the Searching Sakai quest, Naoe confronts them and asks to hand over the contracts. Yakichi and Asajiro will question Naoe and her connection to Imai Sokyu.

None of these choices will affect the following events, and you will still have to chase the two or drop them on the spot for the contracts.

Ultimately, your choice doesn't matter, as it will still lead to Asajiro trying to extort 500 Mon from you and starting a fight or chasing and killing both of them in public. None of these choices is canon either, as the canon route is Naoe replying, "My name is not important." when Yakichi asks who she is.

You can intimidate them by replying, "It's none of your business." or remain calm and reply, "I know Imai Sokyu's son." Just don't say you're with Imai Sokyu's daughter, as it is a fact that he doesn't have a daughter.
