The Yamazaki Castle legendary chest is located inside the castle. To access the room of the chest, you need to climb to the roof and enter the window at the top to get inside the room to access the chest.

You can find the Yamazaki Castle Kura Key inside a house to the northwest of the map. The house is just across the storage shed and can be accessed by opening the trapdoor on the roof and going inside.

The storage shed of the castle can be found at the northwest of the map which is also the same area as the Kura Key.
You can also find more resources at the bottom floor of Yamazaki Castle's main tower. You don't need to use the Castle Kura Key here as it is has no locked doors.
