Oshiroi Baba Location
Located at Nara Heartland
Oshiroi Baba can be found at Nara Heartland, east of Lost Hills in the Yamato region. The fastest route to reach the Nara Heartland would be to travel south from the Koriyama.
Oshiroi Baba Only Appears at Night
Oshiroi Baba will only appear during the night time. Make sure to visit its location at night or wait nearby for nightfall.
Note that there is no mechanic in-game that you allows you to change the time to day or night. You'll need to keep playing (staying out of pause or map menus) to advance the time of day.

Face Oshiroi Baba
Oshiroi Baba uses a combination of melee and ranged attacks. She is very agile and attacks quickly. We recommend using either Naoe, to match the agility of Oshiroi Baba or Yasuke, to parry the ranged attacks.
Should You Play as Yasuke or Naoe?
Oshiroi Baba Will Be Spared
After you defeat Oshiroi Baba, a cutscene will play where she reveals that she is not a Yokai, but an old woman named Obaba searching for her husband’s killer. She will be spared as she apologizes to you and go on her way.

Players receive the Adrenaline Under Half Health Engraving and 2000 EXP after facing Oshiroi Baba. The quest indicates a Kusarigama as a reward, but currently it is not given to the player upon completing the quest.
