All Kata Locations

The Kata is an activity exclusive to Yasuke in Assassin's Creed Shadows (AC Shadows). Read on to see all Kata locations in an interactive map and find out the rewards for completing them.

Kata Completion Rewards

Knowledge Point and XP

Completing a Kata will reward players with +1 Knowledge Point and a variable amount of XP (250~500 XP). Given how simple these usually are, Katas are a good way to increase your Knowledge Rank easily.

Follow the 3 Sets of Button Prompts to Finish the Kata

The Kata is one long quicktime event that has you press the indicated buttons that flash on your screen. Complete all 3 sets of button prompts to finish a Kata. If you make a mistake, you'll have to redo the set. However, there are no penalties for successive failures.

Kata Activities are Exclusive to Yasuke

The Kata is an activity exclusive to Yasuke. They will only start appearing on your map once you unlock Yasuke as a playable character. When you find a Kata in the open world, switch to Yasuke via the inventory screen then speak to the weapon master to begin.
