What to Buy First

Hideout Buildings and Upgrades

Purchasing and upgrading key Hideout buildings such as the hideout's Kakurega, Forge, and Study will help exploration and make you a more powerful force overall.

Prioritize purchasing and upgrading the Kakurega first, as it unlocks more potential fast travel locations and resupply stations. These also serve as safehouses where you can take on contracts that reward you with a lot of XP, Mon, and Hideout Resources.

What to Do First

Tanto for Double Assassinations

You can purchase a Tanto for Naoe as a secondary weapon. This, together with the Double Assassinate ability in Naoe's Assassin Mastery Tree, allows Naoe to use her hidden blade and Tanto to stealthily eliminate two enemies at once.

However, this is optional, as you will acquire a Legendary Tanto for free as you progress. If you prefer to save money and wait for that instead, you can.

Sell Valuables for Money
