Can Yasuke Climb and Parkour?

Yes, but with Great Difficulty

With his heavy armor and large stature, Yasuke struggles to climb and parkour the same way Naoe does. Although you can climb small buildings and jump across, Yasuke will take a long time getting himself up a ledge, and struggle with walking along ledges as he tries to balance himself.

If players wish to scale buildings and jump across rooftops, it is recommended to play as Naoe.

How to Switch Characters

Yasuke Cannot Scale Some Walls and Buildings

Yasuke's jumping ability has little reach, making it difficult for him to scale buildings and tall walls. This, combined with his slow movement, makes parkour a bad escape tool for him.

Yasuke Cannot Access Some Hidden Trails and Kofuns

Hidden Trails are an activity exclusive to Naoe, consisting of parkour challenges with large gaps Yasuke cannot cross. Some Kofuns are also locked behind tight crevices, which Yasuke cannot fit through.

How to Move Around as Yasuke

Horseback is the Fastest Mode of Transport

Travelling by horse is the fastest way to cover long distances. This can be done by holding the down button on the directional pad on consoles, and holding the X key on PC.

Sprint as Yasuke

Sprinting will be your next option of travel, as horses cannot gallop in major settlements. Hold down L3 or Left Stick on consoles, and hold down Shift on PC to sprint.
