Quests under The League focus on recruiting new allies that can join the Hideout to improve its functionality or aid you in combat. Like most quest types, The League quests often involve defeating marked enemies, fetching items, or following objectives from one point to another.
Best Hideout Building Priority
The League quest board is unlocked immediately at the end of the From Spark to Flame main quest when you meet Tomiko and gain access to the Hideout, along with the Objectives screen and other quest boards.
