Assassin's Creed Shadows (AC Shadows) will not be available on Game Pass at launch. Learn more if AC Shadows will be available on Game Pass in the future, as well as other places where it is available.

As of writing, Ubisoft hasn't announced that they'll be bringing Assassin's Creed Shadows to Game Pass on its release date.
You can only play AC Shadows if you purchase the standard, deluxe or the collector's edition of the game.
Ubisoft has made no announcements if AC Shadows will become available on Game Pass in the future. We will update this section once we have confirmation if it will come to the subscription at a later date.
As of March 2025, only Assassin's Creed Origins, Odyssey, and Valhalla are on Xbox Game Pass.
Assassin's Creed Shadows will be available to play on launch day if you are subscribed to Ubisoft Plus instead. It is similarly a subscription that grants you access to a digital version of the game so as long as you're subscribed.
Subscription costs $17.99 per month and $179.99 yearly.
