You should gather all Kabukimono leaders near Takagi Otsuka Fort during the Kabukimono questline in Assassin's Creed Shadows (AC Shadows). Learn whether you should choose to hunt the Kabukimono leaders or gather them together in this article.

Once you kill the first five Kabukimono targets during the Kabukimono questline, you will unlock the Note to Kabukimono quest item that will give you information on the remaining Kabukimono.
Go back to Nishinomiya Shrine and interact with the board. You can decide whether you want to hunt the remaining Kabukimono leaders one by one or gather them together in one place.

Should You Hunt the Kabukimono Leaders or Gather Them Together?
Gather Kabukimono Leaders Together for Convenience
It is recommended to gather the last three Kabukimono leaders in one place if you want the faster option. Not only are they in the same place, but there will be prisoners fighting with you to deal against these Kabukimono leaders.
They will all convene in a lumberyard east of the Takagi Otsuka Fort in the Harima region where you can fight them all at once.
Detonate the Explosive Barrel Nearby to Deal Damage
In the lumberyard where the Kabukimono elites have gathered, there will be an explosive barrel near the leaders that you can detonate by throwing your kunai. This should be able to deal damage against the leaders to help you finish them off easier.
Choose One by One If You're Not Good at Combat
If you are having a hard time with the game's combat, you can choose deal with the leaders one by one instead. Through this method, you can focus on just using stealth and assassinate the leaders without having to engage in a scuffle. The following is a list of all the last three Kabukimono leaders' locations.
