Shrine Completion Rewards

Knowledge Point and 500 XP

Paying your respects in Shrines will reward you with +1 Knowledge Point and 500 XP. By far this is the easiest activity to complete when looking to farm Knowledge Points to increase your Knowledge Rank.

How to Complete Shrines

Pray at the Indicated Shrines

When you enter the area of a Shrine, a tooltip will pop up in the top right of your screen indicating the number of small shrines you have to "honor" during your visit. Pray at each of the indicated shrines to complete the activity.

Use the Observe Action to Find the Shrines

Once you're within the area of a Shrine, you can use the Observe action to find all the small shrines you need to pray to. Follow the white dots that you can see through walls or objects to find each of the shrines you need to pray to.

Clear Out Shrines with Enemies

Some Shrines will be Hostile POIs like the Takasago Shrine in Harima. Before you can pray at the small shrines, you'll first need to clear out all enemies to ensure you can complete the activity in peace.
