Should You Spare or Kill Commander Seiji

Sparing or killing Commander Seiji in Assassin's Creed Shadows (AC Shadows) will have no consequences or special rewards in your playthrough. Read on to learn the different outcomes in the quest Brothers in Arms during the questline to assassinate the Ox.

(Canon Choice)		 Commander Seiji is spared and bids goodbye to Koshiro.
Kill Commander Seiji is executed.

In the quest Brothers in Arms, players will have to rescue the ronin, Koshiro, as he is battling Commander Seiji. After this, players are given the option to spare or kill Commander Seiji. Picking either choice will have no consequence to the player whatsoever.

Koshiro and Commander Seiji say their goodbyes

Players should spare Commander Seiji as they have no reason to execute him. There is nothing to gain or lose with whatever decision you make. Seiji will part ways with Koshiro after you spare him, not wanting to see his old friend ever again.

Spring Seiji is also the canon choice in the game, allowing Naoe to help Koshiro keep his promise of looking out for Seiji.
