How to Complete the Megalithic Vault
The Megalithic Vault can only be accessed and completed by Yasuke. If you're currently using Naoe, switch characters before attempting to enter the Kofun.

| 1 |  The Vault is located in Yamato, northeast of the Izumi Settsu region. Go northeast of Koriyama Castle or Koriyama Forest. |
| 2 |  Head down the steps of the entrance and push the blockade back. On your left, shoot the explosive barrel to open the path. |
| 3 |  After passing the rubble, drop down the hole into the water. At the bottom, climb out of the pool and proceed along the cave path ahead. |
| 4 |  Continue along the path until you reach a room with a coffin in the center. Turn left past another crawlspace spot, and emerge to find more movable wooden blocks. |
| 5 |  Pull back the wooden block on the right first to create an opening to the other room. |
| 6 |  Grab the next block that is in front of the chest, and fit it through the opening to pull it all the way outside. |
| 7 |  Place the block next to the wall with light shining upon it, as Yasuke can now scale it using the wooden block. Climb up and follow the path ahead. |
| 8 |  Continue forward after climbing up to eventually reach the next Kofun puzzle. Drop down and turn around to find the wooden blocks to move. |
| 9 |  Pull the first narrow block out to open a path. Head in and you'll find a wider block you can pull backwards all the way. This clears a path for the narrow block to pass. |
| 10 |  Return to the narrow block and move it toward the newly created opening. Then, push it all the way to the wall and climb it, just like in the previous room. |
| 11 |  At the top of the path, grab onto the side of the wall and climb to the left. Continue until you reach an opening near the end, enter, and follow the path to the final puzzle room. |
| 12 |  In the final room, go past the soldier statues and crawl underneath. Keep following this path until you reach a chest. |
| 13 |  Next to the chest is a small opening where you can shoot a set explosive barrel. Shoot it and return to the soldier statue room. |
| 14 |  Head towards the stairs past the statues, and push the wooden block forward to clear the way. |
| 15 |  From the block, head up the stairs to find the Legendary Chest. Directly to its left will be the shortcut exit. Completion Rewards: ・2000 XP ・Knowledge Point ・Elegant Samurai Outfit ・Posture Damage Per Adrenaline Chunk |
How to Exit the Megalithic Vault
Left of the Legendary Chest
To the left of the chest, there's a wooden block you can pull backward. Crawl through the opening underneath, then head up the stairs to quickly return to the Yamato Plains.

The vault can be reached in Northern Yamato. Northeast of Izumi Settsu, Koriyama Castle and Koriyama Forest are two close-by lookout points to fast travel to.
