Giving or withholding the shipping manifest from Hiromichi in Assassin's Creed Shadows (AC Shadows) will have no effect on your playthrough. Read on to learn the different outcomes in the quest Of My Enemy during the questline to assassinate the Ox.

In the quest Of my Enemy, players assassinate the Ox's lieutenant, gaining access to the shipping manifest which can be brought back to Hiromichi. Either choice has no real consequence to your playthrough, instead playing a different line of dialogue depending on the choice before concluding the quest.
