The Pirate Alliance is a quest board in Assassin's Creed Shadows (AC Shadows) involving five dangerous pirates, with one of them being a potential ally. Check out a list of all the targets associated with The Pirate Alliance, their locations, and the quest rewards!

 | Zoom In / Zoom Out Allows you to zoom in and out of the interactive map by pressing the + and - buttons. |
 | Fullscreen Press to view the interactive map in fullscreen. Press it again to close the fullscreen view. |
 | Show Pin Names Use these buttons to reveal or hide the names of each map pin. |
 | Show / Hide Acquired Pins Use these buttons to toggle the visibility of map pins you marked as "acquired". |
 | Search Mode Toggle This button will display a search bar which you can use to search for an individual pin by its name. |
 | Icon Mode Toggle In Search Mode, this button will toggle you back to Icon Mode, removing the search bar and displaying the icons again. |
 | Reset Marked Pins Use this option to reset all map pins marked that you've marked as acquired. Confirm the prompt that appears to reset all marked pins. |
 | Counter Tracks the number of pins you have of a certain type. The pin type shown is set to the page and currently cannot be changed; however, all pin type counters can be viewed by clicking the checklist icon on the right side. |
 | View All Counters This icon is found on the right side of the Counter. When a map has more than one pin type, click this icon to see Counters for all pin types. |

Most of the Pirate Alliance are dangerous pirates that wreak havoc amongst the people living by the coasts of Wakasa. A note on a board in the Tsuruga Sea Port town requests help in dealing with these pirates.
Two out of five pirates can be spared. Sen can be spared by simply talking to him and forgiving him when he asks, and Oni-yuri can be recruited as an ally during the Sweet Revenge quest.
You can recruit Oni-yuri even before starting the Pirate Alliance target board, with her automatically being spared in the menu. The other three pirates remain dangerous criminals and must be eliminated.
Quest Completion Rewards
After dealing with all five pirates, the quest board can be completed by speaking to Shido in Wakasa, only after finishing The Performer main quest, which is part of The Fox target on the Shinbakufu board.
Completing the entire Pirate Alliance board and speaking to Shido rewards you with 5000 XP, a key to a Legendary Chest, +1 Scout, and unlocks one new ability each for Naoe and Yasuke:
- Widespread: Smoke Bomb has its radius increased to 10 meters.
- Quick Aim: Teppo Tempo uses a faster reloading technique.

The Legendary Chest you can unlock with the key Shido gives you is in the Koromodako Cave, located west of the Shattered Coast.
How to Unlock The Pirate Alliance
Read the Note on the Tsuruga Sea Port Board
In northern Wakasa is the Sotomo Gate sub-region. Here, head to the Tsuruga Sea Port, where you'll find a board marked with a region quest icon. Once you read the note there, the target board will automatically appear in your objectives menu.

What is The Pirate Alliance?
Pirates Terrorizing Wakasa
The Pirate Alliance is made up of dangerous pirates who terrorize the people of Wakasa, prompting the citizens to ask for help in dealing with them.
However, not all members are beyond redemption. Sen parts ways with the alliance in search of forgiveness and peace. Oni-yuri can also be persuaded to abandon her criminal ways if you choose to forgive her.
