The Hoarder Location
Located in North Kyoto, Yamashiro
The Hoarder is located in North Kyoto, Yamashiro Region near the Imperial Palace. Travel to the North Kyoto Kakurega and travel south.
In Front of Hogonji Temple in The Wheel Unmasked
Players can also find the Hoarder during the Wheel Unmasked. If they are unnoticed, he can be seen strolling around in front of Hogonji Temple itself. Note that he will run away as soon as you are spotted.
The Hoarder Walkthrough
Assassinate the Hoarder
The Hoarder surrounds himself with guards due to his paranoia. Players can choose to sneak up on him as Naoe or fight their way to him with Yasuke. Either way, the Hoarder does not put up a fight against the player.
The Hoarder Hides in His Warehouse
In the event that the player is spotted, the Hoarder will hide himself in his warehouse. However, this remains unlocked and the player only needs to follow his objective marker.
Can Also Be Assassinated During the Mourner
The Hoarder can also be found during the quest The Wheel Unmasked and will run away from the player if you are noticed. If the player does not assassinate him there, he can be found in Kyoto instead.

Aside from Money, EXP, and Mastery Points, players also receive the Dragonfly's Cunning trinket and the Katana Specialization engraving. The Dragonfly's Cunning is a trinket that improves all your stats by 15%, provided that you only equip a Katana on Naoe.
