Choose either finding Junjiro or go to Mitsuhide during the end of Temple of the Horseman quest in Assassin's Creed Shadows (AC Shadows). Learn whether you should choose to find Junjiro or go to Mitsuhide in this article.

During the finale of Temple of the Horseman quest, Naoe will be talking to Tomiko about what happened to Oda Nobunaga and how he isn't the one behnd the mask but instead it's Mitsuhide.
Tomiko will also tell Naoe that Junjiro hasn't returned yet so you will need to choose between finding Junjiro or going to Mitsuhide.
Choosing between looking for Junjiro or directly going to Mitsuhide doesn't matter as it would always end in the same outcome: Naoe finds Junjiro during the Lightning and Thunder quest and then her and Yasuke meet again leading to them joining forces.
Note that the canon choice during the story is to look for Junjiro but Tomiko assures Naoe that they are looking for Junjiro and that Naoe should focus on Mitsuhide.
