How to Complete Chasuriyama Kofun

The Chasuriyama Kofun can only be accessed and completed by Naoe. If you're currently using Yasuke, switch characters before attempting to enter the Kofun.

Chasuriyama Kofun Location
The Chasuriyama Kofun is in northwest Tamba, reachable by heading north from Takeda or west from Fukuchiyama. Head down the tomb steps and enter the narrow gap as Naoe.

Chasuriyama Kofun Step 2 - Go to the Leap of Faith Point
Head towards the jump point at the end of the room.

Chasuriyama Kofun Step 3 - Jump Down to the Water
From here, do a leap of faith all the way down to the bottom where water will catch you.

Chasuriyama Kofun Step 4 - Traverse the Caves
Swim out of the water and then traverse the cave ahead with simple parkour jumps and swings.

Chasuriyama Kofun Step 5 - Crawl Underneath
Continue forward until you reach a crawlspace. Go prone and crawl underneath to reach the other side.

Chasuriyama Kofun Step 6 - Swing Across the Water
After emerging from the crawlspace, swing across the water gap with your Grappling Hook and land on the stone platform.

Chasuriyama Kofun Step 7 - Use the Climbing Spots
On the platform, scale the wall and use the textured parts of the wall to climb around the corner. Drop down and follow the wooden platforms ahead.

Chasuriyama Kofun Step 8 - Swing Through the Caves
Swing across another water gap to reach the other side and continue deeper into the tomb.

Chasuriyama Kofun Step 9 - Walk the Rope
Continue forward by walking across the tightrope, then follow the cave corridor ahead, simply running through it.

Chasuriyama Kofun Step 10 - Go Through the Gap
At the end of the corridor, past the room with a small chest, is a narrow gap. Squeeze through to reach the next area.

Chasuriyama Kofun Step 11 - Parkour and Swing to the Opening
On the other side of the gap, parkour and Grappling Hook swing across the rocky pillars to reach the opening on the other side.

Chasuriyama Kofun Step 12 - Head Left of the Assassin Box
In the opening you will find an Assassin's Box in the center of the room, which you will interact with during the A Blade in the Dark side quest.

From the box, head left and pass through the narrow gap.

Chasuriyama Kofun Step 13 - Climb to the Top
Climb all the way to the top of the cave wall, then proceed through the final cave ramps up to the Legendary Chest.

Chasuriyama Kofun Legendary Chest
Head to the chest room and grab the rewards. The shortcut exit will be right behind the Legendary Chest.

Behind the Legendary Chest, there’s a shortcut opening that lets you drop back into the first room. After dropping down, you will find the gap you used to enter the Kofun on the right.
