Finish the Main Story and Epilogue

Trophy	How to Get
Prologue	Complete the Prologue. Progress the main story and finish From Spark to Flame to complete the Prologue.
A New League Rises	Complete Act 1 of the main story. Progress the main story until you finish Mibuno Showdown to complete Act 1 and unlock Yasuke.
An Oath Fulfilled	Complete Act 2 of the main story. Kill all Shinbakufu until only Akechi Mitsuhide and The Horseman are left on the board.
Fall of the Shinbakufu	Complete Act 3 of the main story. Progress the main story until you finish The Man Behind the Mask.
Death Blossom	Defeat all Shinbakufu. Complete the main story quest, The Man Behind the Mask, to kill with the last of the Shinbakufu.
Epilogue	Complete the Epilogue. Complete the remaining Yasuke, Naoe, and Tomiko quests.

You'll be able to earn 6 trophies by playing and main story of Assassin's Creed Shadows. However, do note that this includes a lot of side stories including Naoe and Yasuke Quests, as well as quests for members of The League.

Complete Gameplay Challenges as Naoe

Trophy	How to Get
Adept Shinobi	Perform your first assassination by killing your first enemy with Naoe's hidden blade.
Acrobatics	Perform a leap of faith from a grappling hook swing.
Hook, Line, and Swinger	Stay airborne while swinging from one grappling hook point to another in the final flooded chamber of the Old Kofun since it is easy to retry the challenge if you fail in this room.
Just Your Shadow	Distract the same enemy 3 times with the Shinobi Bell tool. To unlock this tool for Naoe, you'll need Knowledge Rank 2 and at least 1 Mastery Point.
Master Shinobi	Unlock the Shoji Door Assassination passive in the Assassin Mastery tree and kill an enemy through a shoji panel.
Reeding is Fundamental	Unlock the Shallow Water Breathing passive in the Shinobi Mastery tree and escape conflict by using the breathing reed to hide in shallow water.
Sometimes	Unlock the Igan Roll passive in the Shinobi Mastery tree by reaching Knowledge Rank 2 and spending 1 Mastery Point. Then, perform a landing roll with the newly unlocked passive.
Unseen	Perform 5 assassinations in a row without being noticed or entering combat. This can be easily completed by sneaking around in a Castle.

Playing as Naoe will allow you to get 8 trophies, all of which are related to abilities in her Tools, Shinobi, and Assassination Mastery trees.

Complete Gameplay Challenges as Yasuke

Trophy	How to Get
Adept Samurai	Perform your first Finisher as Yasuke. This happens automatically once you kill the final enemy in a combat instance.
Adventurer	Use a Bow and shoot any enemy in the knee with an arrow.
Good Form	Complete your first Kata.
Leap of Fail	Unlock a Viewpoint, fast travel to it as Yasuke, then do a leap of faith from it to get this trophy.
Master Samurai	Parry an incoming projectile as Yasuke. Get the Protector's Armor from Nijo Palace to make parrying easier.
This is Japan, Actually	Use Yasuke's Kick ability to propel an enemy from a high place.
Unstoppable	Use Yasuke's Samurai Stand ability before performing a Finisher on an enemy.

Playing as Yasuke can earn you 7 trophies and most of them are pretty straightforward. If you have enough progress in the game during Act 1, most of these will be a breeze to earn once you unlock Yasuke in Act 2.

How to Unlock Yasuke

Complete Gameplay Challenges as Naoe or Yasuke

Trophy	How to Get
Scouting Mission	Use your Scouts to gather information while you have a quest active.
Giant Slayer	Become Wanted in any region, then Assassinate or Brutal Assassinate any Guardian within a Castle. Requires you to kill them in one hit.
Final Hearing	After killing an enemy with Bleed, sheathe your weapon to get this trophy.
Overdesign III	Perform a Finisher on an enemy that is both Poisoned and Dazed.

The non-character specific challenges above will net you 4 trophies. However, 3 out of 4 will be pretty tricky to get without prior planning. The easiest to get will be Scouting Mission, while the rest will require you to upgrade equipment or juggle afflictions during combat.

Max Out Mastery Trees for Naoe and Yasuke

Art of Ninjutsu	Max out Naoe's Shinobi Mastery tree.
Art of Kenjutsu	Max out Yasuke's Samurai Mastery tree.
In Case of Trouble	Max out the Naoe's Tools Mastery tree and Yasuke's Teppo and Bow Mastery tree.

The 3 trophies for Mastery tree completion will all be pretty difficult to get, mostly because some of the ability upgrades are locked behind story progress. You'll also need to reach Knowledge Rank 6 in order to gain access to all available skills and their upgrades.

Collect and Upgrade Gear

Make it Personal	Upgrade your Forge to Level 2 in the Hideout, then Engrave your first weapon.
Better than a Bucket	Equip 2 Legendary Weapons, a Legendary Headgear, Legendary Armor, and a Legendary Trinket on either character.
Limitless	Find a legendary piece of gear for each type.

For gear-related challenges, you'll be able to earn 3 trophies. For the trophies related to legendaries, these are easily completed so long as you never sell any of your legendaries.

All Legendary Chest Locations

Upgrade and Decorate Your Hideout

Trophy	How to Get
Sole Sanctum	Finish the main quest, From Spark to Flame, to unlock the Hideout.
Against Wood and Stone	Fully upgrade any building in the Hideout. This only applies to the Kakurega, Stables, Study, Forge, or Dojo.
Chase the Morning	Complete a Sumi-e activity to get a painting that you can use to Decorate your Hideout.
Everybody Benefits!	Place a Pet in your Hideout. In order to get a pet, you'll need to find an animal that you can pet in the open world. Once you're done petting it, you'll unlock it for your Hideout.

There are 4 trophies strictly tied to Hideout management. You'll easily get all 4 once you have at least 1 Pet and 1 Sumi-e obtained.

Complete Side Quest Challenges

Suture Self	Fully upgrade your rations by unlocking and building the Tea Room and Zashiki in the Hideout. Both can be unlocked by completing their related side quests.
Would You Kindly?	Complete at least 1 Contract in each province on the map.
Mortal Reminder	Complete an Objective Board. The easiest to complete early will be The Butterfly Collector objective board.
Collector	Complete a collection.
Test Your Might	Defeat the final enemy in the tournament.

Quest-related trophies are very tricky to get since most of them involve rather lengthy side quest progression. Earning all 4 trophies will require you to explore the world in order to find and collect the required quest items.

Meet All Allies and Recruit at Least 1 Ally

Build Your League	Recruit your first ally. The first you can recruit in the story will be Yaya.
Front of the Pack	Fully train an ally by building a Dojo in your Hideout after recruiting them.
The Warrior Monk	Meet Yaya.
The Toxin Master	Meet Oni-yuri.
The Thief	Meet Gennojo.
The Eager Assassin	Meet Yagoro.
The Ronin	Meet Ibuki.
The Sharpshooter	Meet Katsuhime.

There are 8 trophies related to ally recruitment. However, do note that allies are missable, so keep this in mind before attempting their recruitment quests. The silver lining is that you only really need to successfully recruit 1 as majority of the trophies only require you to "meet" them once.

Explore the Map and Complete Activities

Made You Look!	One of the waterfalls in the Hideout will obscure a cave. Swim up to it and head inside to get this trophy.
Kofun Raider	Complete at least 1 Kofun to get this trophy. The easiest to complete will be the Old Kofun in Izumi Settsu.
Happy Place	Climb and synchronize with the Viewpoint called Mount Hakkyo in the province of Yamato to get this trophy.
Pathfinder	Visit every province on the map. You don't actually need to explore them. Simply setting foot in them once counts as visiting the province.
Zen Master	Complete all 22 Kuji-kiri activities.
A Rare Occurrence	Complete all legendary Sumi-e painting activities.

Of the 6 trophies related to exploration and collectibles, only Zen Master and A Rare Occurrence are difficult since they require you to find these activities across the entire map of Feudal Japan.
