To heal, Naoe or Yasuke can consume a Ration to recover some of their Health Points. Rations can be used by pressing the up arrow on the D-Pad for Xbox or PS5, or by pressing H on PC.

Equip Engravings that Give Healing

Some Engravings provide healing effects or amplify healing capabilities. Equip them to slotted armor to activate their benefits, such as restoring 4% of health on a successful Deflect or increasing Ration Healing by 20%, enabling more effective recovery during battle.

Upgrade Hideout to Level 7

Upgrade your Hideout to level 7 to unlock the effect: Refill Health & Adrenaline in Kakurega safehouses and the Hideout. In order to upgrade your Hideout, you'll need to build multiple buildings and then fully upgrade them.

Get Healing Abilities for Yasuke

Yasuke will have Abilities that grant healing effects. For example, the Payback ability allows you to deal 35% ability damage and restore 10% Health on hit.

How to Improve Healing

Build a Zashiki or Tea Room in the Hideout to improve Ration Efficiency

The Zashiki or Tea Room are Non-Connectable Rooms that can be built in the Hideout which increases Ration Efficiency by 20%.

Best Hideout Building Priority

Upgrade Kakurega to Level 3

Upgrade the Kakurega to level 3 to unlock additional Kakurega locations accross Japan. More Kakurega means more safehouses you can resupply Rations.
