Corruption carries a price. Yoshiko is executed by Yasuke in the cutscene, without combat.
Leave while you can. Yoshiko is spared and leaves the room.

When you find Usami Yoshiko in Katano Tenshu during The Betrayers questline, you'll be given the choice to Kill or Spare her. You will receive the same rewards and outcome regardless of your choice, you can pick either option without any consequence.

There is no canon choice for this scenario. Players will get to choose whether to spare or kill her whether you're on Canon Mode or not and continue on with The Betrayers questline.
