You can earn Mastery Points by completing quests, eliminating targets, and participating in activities.
This ability is unlocked by reaching Knowledge Rank 2, which can be done by obtaining Knowledge Points by completing various Activities as either Naoe or Yasuke.
How to Increase Knowledge Rank

The effectiveness of this ability increases every new Rank you reach. You can reach higher ranks by spending Mastery Points.
