When using an Ascendant Floret, we recommend getting the next superboon if it fits the hero. If not, consider what stat your hero needs most.
Duma's best IVs are +Atk and -Spd. With a +Atk IV, Duma's Atk will increase by 4, making Bold Fighter very effective and allowing him to take down many foes in just one attack. A +Def IV is useful as well as it will make him capable of withstanding even more of the foe’s attacks.

This build utilizes Duma as a Near Save unit in Aether Raids Defense teams. High Dragon Wall improves bulk and prevents ranged foes from warping in, potentially saving your defense team from Galeforce team sweeps via WIngs of Mercy.

This build is also for Aether Raids Defense but instead uses Upheaval+ instead of a Savior Skill. High Dragon Wall prevents ranged foes from warping in, while Emblem Celica's Emblem effect grants Duma mobility so he can attack his foes instead of being left behind the rest of his allies.

This is a budget build for Duma with minimal Skill Inheritance. This works as a mixed-phase build. Quick Riposte 3 gives Duma a guaranteed follow-up attack when he's attacked by a melee unit during the enemy phase, while Bold Fighter 3 gives him a guaranteed follow-up attack in the player phase.

This build for Aether Raids is purposefully without any weapon, as it's mainly to make Duma a support tanky unit alongside a team with at least 2 units that have Save skills. Duma's role is to stay in place with the Save units and buff them with his Rally skill. This, in turn, will allow the Save units to soak damage for the rest of the team.

Duma is a non-ranged (Range = 1) magic attacker. Therefore, he will take and receive damage regardless of the weapon triangle. Additionally, if he is played during a week of anima season alongside a unit who possesses an anima blessing, he will raise the HP and attack of said unit.

Duma is a Mythic Hero who will grant you an Anima Blessing when summoned. During Anima Season, Duma's allies who also have a Anima Blessing will receive a HP+5 and Atk+3 to their stats, increasing the party's viability.
Since Duma is colorless, he is neither strong nor weak against any other color types. Therefore, the fact that he can safely battle any opponent regardless of their color type is one of his strengths. However, you must be careful as he is weak to Raven Tomes.
His C Skill 'Upheaval' deals a fixed amount of 7 damage points to all enemies at the start of the first turn.
While this skill is very useful against heroes who are strong at 100% HP such as Fallen Celica and other Celica heroes, it also has the advantage of making skills that trigger when a heroes HP is higher than the opponents (such as Aversa's Night) easier to negate.
Additionally, by using his exclusive weapon Fell Breath, it is possible to prevent an enemy from using a follow-up attack. Fixed damage distribution from his Upheaval skill and its synergy with Fell Breath make Duma a tough hero to take down.
During Anima season, placing Duma in a defense map allows you to destroy offensive structures located in the same column or nearest columns if there is no structure in the same column. In addition, since the fixed damage from Upheaval+ stacks, lining up duplicate Dumas will amplify the amount of damage dealt to opponents.
Duma's passive skill Bold Fighter allows him to make a guaranteed follow-up attack. In addition, he can speed up his cooldown when he makes an attack. When struck by an opponent capable of making a counterattack, his Draconic Aura makes it difficult to bring him down in just one battle. Pairing him with allies possessing the skill Armor March further increases his combat ability.
Def/Res Solo is a skill that grants +6 to Def/Res when Duma is not adjacent to another ally.
Additionally, since Fell Breath's bonus stacks on top of this resulting in +12 resistance, it is not a stretch to say that Duma is a character with one tough defence. Since Duma can only move one space per turn, he separates from allies easily, and this condition is very easy to meet.
Since he is an armored unit, Duma takes a lot of damage from armor effective weapons. Take note of your opponent's weapons and proceed with caution.
Duma is a manakete, so in addition to armor effective weapons, he takes heavy damage from characters who wield Falchion or other dragon effective weapons. Be sure not to approach units who wield weapons that are effective against him.

Duma can be used to inherit Bold Fighter 3 and Fury 4. However, as a powerful and rare Mythical Hero, you should probably keep and level up at least one before foddering off any duplicates.
Duma is a limited time Hero who can be pulled from a Mythic Hero Summoning event. They do not appear in regular summons.
