When using an Ascendant Floret, we recommend getting the next superboon if it fits the hero. If not, consider what stat your hero needs most.
The best IVs for Mythic Loke are +Res and -Def. Res is a superboon and boosts Loki's Res up to base 51, improving her ability to win the Res checks of both Dazzling Discord and Divine Deceit as well as deal bonus damage with Supreme Thökk.
Mythic Loki's Def is abysmal at only base 16, and with no way to reduce incoming damage, she will fall to a physical attack from any halfway-decent attacker. Taking Def as a bane shouldn't change most of her matchups.
We recommend +Res when merging Mythic Loki up to +10 to maximize her chances of winning the Res checks of both Dazzling Discord and Divine Deceit.

Mythic Loki's base kit already functions well as a support/nuke hybrid. Atk/Res Catch 3 is the Sacred Seal of choice, as it is easily activated through Loki's multiple debuffs applied to her foes.

Mythic Loki is a ranged magic attacker (range = 2). Therefore, when not accounting for the Weapon Triangle, the amount of damage she deals will be equivalent to her Atk minus the foe's Res stat.
Mythic Loki's new staff Supreme Thökk grants 【Canto (1)】, a Wrathful Staff effect, a Time's Pulse effect, a guaranteed follow-up attack, bonus Atk/Res equal to 6 + 20% of her Res, and bonus damage equal to 20% of her Res.
This is a great offensive staff, with multiple effects that allow Loki to skew combat in her favor and deal significant damage to her foes.
Most of Mythic Loki's utility comes from her exclusive C skill, Divine Deceit. Upon winning a Res check, this skill inflicts 【Gravity】 onto foes in cardinal directions of Loki, and inflicts both 【Ploy】 and 【Exposure】 on foes within 3 rows or 3 columns centered on Loki at the start of both player phase and enemy phase.
This effect cripples multiple opponents at once and is applied on both phases, negating effects like Odd Recovery from cleansing them when it is time to act.
Additionally, if any foe within 3 rows or 3 columns has ≥ 3 Bonus effects active (excluding stat bonuses) after start-of-turn effects trigger on either phase, Divine Deceit neutralizes those effects completely.
This is a huge counter to Omnitanking strategies aimed at buffing up one or two units significantly using Bonus effects, greatly weakening their combat potential and leaving them vulnerable to Mythic Loki and her allies.
Finally if Mythic Loki's foe has any Penalty effects active, Divine Deceit grants Loki Atk/Res+5 during combat.
Mythic Loki's HP and Def are quite low at only base 39 and 16 respectively.
With no way to reduce incoming damage from attacks, Mythic Loki can easily be defeated by built-up physical attackers.
Keep Loki out of range of enemies that deal physical damage to ensure her survival.
As a flying unit, Mythic Loki takes 1.5x damage from bows and weapons effective on flying units. Be sure to keep them out of the range of archers and leave them to other units.
