What Kind of Character Are They? | ・Weapon skill grants bonus stats, a guaranteed follow-up attack, damage reduction, and a Guard effect. ・Exclusive B skill grants additional damage reduction. |
Might: 16 Range: 1 Accelerates Special trigger (cooldown count-1). If foe initiates combat or foe's HP ≥ 75% at start of combat, grants Atk/Spd/Def/Res+5 to unit, unit makes a guaranteed follow-up attack, inflicts Special cooldown charge-1 on foe per attack (only highest value applied; does not stack), and reduces damage from foe's follow-up attack by 30% of unit's Res during combat. (For standard weapons, "follow-up attack" means the second strike. For weapons that grant "unit attacks twice," it means the third and fourth strikes). If foe's Range = 2, calculates damage using the lower of foe's Def or Res. |
Cooldown Count = 2 Boosts damage dealt by 50%. |
If foe initiates combat or foe's HP ≥ 75% at start of combat, grants Atk/Res+7 to unit during combat, and also, if foe's attack can trigger foe's Special and unit's Res ≥ foe's Res +5 during combat, inflicts Special cooldown count+1 on foe before foe's first attack. (Cannot exceed the foe's maximum Special cooldown.) |
If unit's Res > foe's Res, reduces damage from attacks during combat and from area-of-effect Specials by percentage = difference between stats x 6 (max 60%) for this unit's first combat in player phase and enemy phase and percentage = difference between stats x 4 (max 40%) for this unit's second combat or later. If dragon or beast ally is on your team (excluding unit), restores 7 HP to unit at start of turn and after combat. |

Res (16) | ★★★★★ |
◯ = Stat gains +4 with a superboon, ✕= Stat goes down by -4 with a superbane, - = No assets or flaws
See the IV Checker for All Units | Trait Fruits—How to Change IVs |
When using an Ascendant Floret, we recommend getting the next superboon if it fits the hero. If not, consider what stat your hero needs most.
The best IVs for Rhea are +Res and -Spd. Her Res is a superboon and is the basis for the damage reduction effects of Revealing Breath and True Dragon Wall. Raising her Res vastly improves her defensive prowess.
Her Spd is a clear dump stat and is the obvious bane to take.
We recommend +Res when merging Rhea up to +10 as it is her most important stat and impacts her effectiveness the most.

This build fills in Rhea's missing slots with skills that can help her be much more effective on combats. Atk Smoke 4 will help her negate foe's follow-ups, while Distant Counter will help her counter regardless of foe's range.

Note: Stats bonuses from skills are not taken into account.
Rhea is a close magic attacker (range = 1). Therefore, when not accounting for the Weapon Triangle, the amount of damage /she deals will be equivalent to her Atk minus the foe's Res stat.
Rhea's exclusive weapon Revealing Breath is packed with effects that allow Rhea to excel defensively while also providing a nice offensive spark.
This colorless dragonstone grants Atk/Spd/Def/Res+5 and a guaranteed follow-up to Rhea during combat, applies a Guard effect onto her foe during combat, and also reduces damage from her foe's follow-up attack by 30% of her Res.
In combination with Atk/Res Scowl 4 which grants bonus Atk/Res and de-pulses her foe prior to combat and True Dragon Wall which grants additional damage reduction and healing, Rhea becomes a formidable tank unit capable of withstanding most attacks.
Rhea has her exclusive B skill True Dragon Wall similar to her Fallen counterpart.
This skill is an improved version of Dragon Wall 3, increasing the damage reduction to 60% of the Res difference on the first combat Rhea enters per phase, and 40% of the Res difference for subsequent combats. This skill also heals Rhea 7 HP at the start of each turn and after each combat.
With True Dragon Wall, Rhea is well equipped to survive combat and sustain herself throughout multiple engagements.
Rhea takes 1.5x damage from dragon-effective weapons like Sealed Falchion or Divine Mist, and one blow from this type of weapon will deal significant damage. Make sure you know what weapons you are up against before hopping too far into the line of battle!

I'm not sure why a budget build has atk smoke 4 in it I have over 170 5* units (& hundreds more 4* & 3* units), but not a single hero with that skill. I have a few with atk smoke 3, but that's not the same, obviously.
