Fallen Rhea Best IVs

Recommended IVs

Stat Superboon/Superbane IV Recommendation
HP (20) Normal HP ★★★★★
Atk (13) Attack Boon ★★★★★
Spd (5) Spd Bane ★☆☆☆☆
Def (10) Def Boon ★★★★☆
Res (10) Res Bane ★★★★★

◯ = Stat gains +4 with a superboon, ✕= Stat goes down by -4 with a superbane, - = No assets or flaws

See the IV Checker for All Units Trait Fruits—How to Change IVs

When using an Ascendant Floret, we recommend getting the next superboon if it fits the hero. If not, consider what stat your hero needs most.

+Res / -Spd

Fallen Rhea's best IVs are +Res and -Spd. Since Fallen Rhea is a defensive hero, boosting her bulk is more important to ensure her survivability. Res is the key stat when checking for True Dragon Wall, thus it is the boon of choice.

Her Spd is an obvious dump stat and should be her bane of choice.

+Res for a +10 merge

We recommend +Res when merging Fallen Rhea up to +10 for similar reasons above.

+Atk is also an option if you feel that her bulk is sufficient already.

Fallen Rhea is a close magic attacker (range = 1). Therefore, when not accounting for the Weapon Triangle, the amount of damage she deals will be equivalent to her Atk minus the foe's Res stat.

Fallen Rhea Strengths

Ruinous Frost is a great weapon

Fallen Rhea Attack Fire Emblem Heroes FEH

Fallen Rhea's Ruinous Frost has multiple effects that can impact combat heavily, assuming Fallen Rhea meets the conditions to trigger these effects.

It accelerates Fallen Rhea's Special trigger no matter what, and applies a handful of other effects dependent on combat conditions.

Below is a summary of these effects:

Condition(s) Effect
Always Accelerates Fallen Rhea's Special trigger (cooldown count -1).
Foe initiates combat
OR
Foe's HP ≥ 75%
Grants Atk+6 to Fallen Rhea during combat.
Foe initiates combat
OR
Foe's HP ≥ 75%
Inflicts Atk-6 on foe during combat.
Foe initiates combat
OR
Foe's HP ≥ 75%
Fallen Rhea's first attack deals damage = 40% of foe's Res during combat
Foe initiates combat
OR
Foe's HP ≥ 75%
Both Fallen Rhea and her foe cannot make a follow-up attack.
Foe's Range = 2 Calculate damage using the lower of foe's Def or Res.

Most of Ruinous Frost's effects rely on Fallen Rhea's foe either initiating combat or having a high HP count. Ensure you meet these conditions to maximize this weapon's potential!

True Dragon Wall amplifies Fallen Rhea's bulk

Fallen Rhea also comes with an exclusive B skill in True Dragon Wall.

Like the regular Dragon Wall, this skill grants up to 40% damage reduction based on a Res check.

However, True Dragon Wall increases the damage reduction cap to 60% on Fallen Rhea's first combat in player phase and enemy phase.

Additionally, True Dragon Wall heals Fallen Rhea 7 HP at the start of turn and after combat, assuming a dragon or beast unit (excluding Fallen Rhea herself) is fielded in battle.

Like the name says, this skill is the real Dragon Wall.

Fallen Rhea Weaknesses

Reliance on Ruinous Frost's effects

Fallen Rhea heavily relies on meeting the conditions of Ruinous Frost to have a big impact in battle.

When these conditions aren't met, this amazing weapon becomes a Flametongue+ with a slaying effect.

This restricts Fallen Rhea's combat to strictly enemy phase if the HP conditions aren't met.

Weak to Armor Effective and Dragon Effective Weapons

Fallen Rhea takes 1.5x damage from armor-effective weapons like Slaying Hammer+, Randgríðr, or Thani, and dragon-effective weapons like Sealed Falchion or Divine Mist. One round of combat from these type of weapons is going to deal more damage than she otherwise would receive. Make sure you know what weapons you are up against before hopping too far into the line of battle!
