Pull for Spring Plumeria!

Spring Plumeria is the star of this banner as the Harmonized Hero and is arguably the best refresher unit in the game.

Her Springing Spear grants allies within 3 rows or 3 columns Atk/Def/Res+5, +10 bonus damage per attack, and a Preempt Pulse effect, making it a fantastic support weapon.

Dreamlike Night refreshes an ally's action and Canto, and also inflicts Atk/Def/Res-7, 【Frozen】, and 【Sabotage】 on closest foes to target ally and any foe within 2 spaces of those foes. This effect is applied upon using Dreamlike Night, allowing it to avoid start-of-turn cleansing effects like Dream Deliverer.

Finally, her Harmonized Skill allows her to refresh her own action and Canto, allowing her to act twice in one turn. Used at the right time, this Harmonized Skill can swing the tide of battle easily.

While Spring Plumeria is arguably the best refresher unit in the game (as of her release), we still recommend players to save their orbs and not summon on this banner.
