When using an Ascendant Floret, we recommend getting the next superboon if it fits the hero. If not, consider what stat your hero needs most.

+Spd/-Res

The best IVs for Triandra are +Spd and -Res. Spd is a very important stat for Triandra as it allows her to reduce the damage she takes from decreasing the amount of follow-up attacks she takes. Additionally, it allows her to increase the follow-up attacks she can score if she gets into situations that require her to attack. This is very important as she has lots of potential as a damage dealer too! Her Def is cripplingly low, so it is best to take a bane in Res instead to balance her defensive stats.

+Spd for a +10 Merge

We recommend a +Spd IV when merging Triandra to 10. This is for the same reasons as above. With this IV, she can reach 46 Spd at max merges. At that level, she can score lots of follow-up attacks which is great as she is an offensive support. If you prefer relying on skills to increase Triandra's Spd, you can go for a +Atk IV instead.

While nothing spectacular, this refine still helps Triandra out in combat and can soften up her foes for her other allies to defeat.

Triandra is a ranged magic attacker. Therefore, the damage she gives is equal to her Atk minus the foe's Res when the effects of the weapon triangle are not considered. Additionally, she reduces loss of Lift when defending in Aether Raids.

A Mythic Hero who can boost allies' HP and Spd

Triandra is a Mythic Hero who will receive a Dark Blessing when summoned. During Dark Season, Triandra's allies who also have a Dark Blessing will receive a HP+5 and Spd+5 to their stats, increasing the party's usability.

Additionally, when using Triandra and Dark-blessed heroes in Aether Raids, the amount of lift lost when your party is defeated will be decreased.

Triandra Strengths

Refreshes her allies' actions, and inflicts heavy debuffs on a wide area simultaneously!

Frightful Dream+ is an assist skill that allows the target ally to take another action. It also inflicts -5 to all stats on foes in cardinal directions of Triandra and the target ally. Additionally, it inflicts 【Guard】and 【Discord】 as well! This cripples the foes' ability to activate their specials. This is very important in Grand Hero Battles and similar maps as special attacks in those maps, especially at higher difficulties, usually means one of your units getting taken out.

Frightful Dream+ has targeting mechanisms that are much simple than Mirabilis' Whimsical Dream, but it is not less effective in inhibiting enemy teams. This makes it a perfect skill in modes like Aether Raids, Arena or Grand Hero Battles where every buff and penalty counts.

Possesses a ton more debuffs in addition to Frightful Dream

In addition to the effects of Frightful Dream discussed above, Triandria has access to 2 more debuffs.

• Flower of Sorrow inflicts -5 Def/Res on foes in cardinal directions of Triandra
• Spd/Res Rein 3 inflicts -4 Spd/Res on foes within 2 spaces of combat

Flower of Sorrow's debuff easily stacks with the debuffs from Frightful Dream+ as they both have high range. Spd/Res Rein's range is a bit tricky to utilize as it requires Triandra to be close to the enemy. These debuffs kick-in when she attacks enemies so it will aid her if she chooses to utilize her great Atk/Spd stats to deal some damage. Of course, it will aid her allies in combat too so always be mindful of her positioning in relation to foes.

Triandra Weaknesses

Low Defenses

Triandra's Def and Res sit at only 16 and 22 respectively. This makes her extremely fragile. We recommend making sure that after she refreshes an enemy, the ally is ready to finish off the debuffed enemy so that she would not get attacked and taken out.

Weak to bows

As a flying unit, Triandra takes 1.5x damage from bows and weapons effective on flying units. Be sure to keep them out of the range of archers and leave them to other units. This weakness is compounded by her very low Def so be extra wary.
