Ashera Skills at 5★

Might: 14 Range: 2
Grants Atk+3. At start of combat, unit's HP ≥ 25% or if【Bonus】is active on unit, grants Atk/Spd/Def/Res+5 to unit, during combat and grants bonus to unit's Atk during combat = total bonuses on ally with the highest total bonuses within 2 spaces. (Example: if an ally has Atk/Spd/Def/Res+6, grants Atk+24.)

Cooldown Count = 4
Boosts damage dealt by 80% of unit’s Res.

At start of combat, if unit's HP = 100% or if 【Bonus】 is active on unit, grants Atk/Res+7 to unit during combat. At start of combat, if unit's HP = 100% and 【Bonus】 is active on unit, grants an additional Atk/Res+2 to unit during combat.

Inflicts Spd/Res-X on foe (X = 4 + number of 【Bonus】 effects active on foe; max 8, excludes stat bonuses) and neutralizes foe's bonuses to Spd/Res (from skills like Fortify, Rally, etc.) during combat.

At start of turn, grants Atk/Res+6, 【Null Panic】, 【Null Follow-Up】, and 【Hexblade】 to allies within 3 spaces of unit for 1 turn, and also, if the number of allies within 3 spaces of unit ≥ 3, grants Atk/Res+6, 【Null Panic】, 【Null Follow-Up】, and "reduces the percentage of foe's non-Special 'reduce damage by X%' skills by 50% during combat (excluding area-of-effect Specials)" to unit for 1 turn.
If unit is within 3 spaces of an ally, grants Atk/Spd/Def/Res+4 to unit during combat.

Ashera Best IVs

Recommended IVs

Stat Superboon/Superbane IV Recommendation
HP (15) HP Superbane ★★★☆☆
Atk (30) Attack Bane ★★★★★
Spd (9) Spd Boon ★★★★☆
Def (5) Def Boon ★★☆☆☆
Res (7) Res Bane ★★★☆☆

◯ = Stat gains +4 with a superboon, ✕= Stat goes down by -4 with a superbane, - = No assets or flaws

See the IV Checker for All Units Trait Fruits—How to Change IVs

When using an Ascendant Floret, we recommend getting the next superboon if it fits the hero. If not, consider what stat your hero needs most.

+Atk/-Def

The best IVs for Ashera are +Atk and -Spd. Because of the buffs she grants to herself, it's best to increase her overall firepower by increasing her Atk.

Since her Def is already low, it's better to take it as her bane.

+Atk for a +10 Merge

We recommend a +Atk IV when merging Ashera to 10. This is for the same reasons as above and at this point, she will reach 59 Atk. You can also take a +Spd IV if you want to take advantage of her Superboon stat.

A budget build for Ashera! Her kit is already very complete so putting a movement-assist skill like Reposition and getting a Sacred Seal is already enough. You can also go for a supportive Seal if you prefer!

Ashera Best Weapon Refine

Effect of Ashera's Refined Weapon

Exclusive Weapon Effect from Refining (Special Effect Type)
SP: 400
Might: 14 Range: 2 HP:
Grants Atk+3.
At start of combat, if unit's HP ≥ 25% or if 【Bonus】 is active on unit, grants Atk/Spd/Def/Res+5 to unit during combat and grants bonus to unit's Atk during combat = highest total bonuses among unit and allies within 3 spaces of unit × 1.5 (example: if an ally within 3 spaces has Atk/Spd/Def/Res+6, grants Atk+36), and reduces damage from foe's first attack by 30% during combat ("first attack" normally means only the first strike; for effects that grant "unit attacks twice," it means the first and second strikes).
If unit initiates combat or foe's Range = 2, grants Atk/Spd/Def/Res+4 to unit, reduces damage from foe's first attack by X (X = 50% of the value of highest total bonuses among unit and allies within 3 spaces of unit; "first attack" normally means only the first strike; for effects that grant "unit attacks twice," it means the first and second strikes), and inflicts Special cooldown charge -1 on foe per attack during combat (only highest value applied; does not stack), and restores 7 HP to unit after combat.
Arena Medal:500 Divine Dew:200

We recommend the Special Effect Refine for Order's Sentence

Refined Order's Sentence grants Ashera Atk+3, a Guard effect, Atk/Spd/Def/Res+9 during combat, an Atk bonus equal to 1.5x the highest total stat bonuses among Ashera and allies within 3 spaces, 30% damage reduction on her foe's first attack, true damage reduction on her foe's first attack equal to half of the highest total stat bonuses among Ashera and allies within 3 spaces, and 7 HP post-combat healing.

This refine turns Ashera into a statball-type unit, relying on sheer stats to overwhelm her enemies.

Ashera is a ranged (Range = 2) magic attacker. Therefore, this unit will take and receive damage regardless of the weapon triangle. Additionally, if Ashera is played during a week of Astra season alongside a unit who is blessed with an Astra blessing, she will raise the HP and Res of said unit.

Ashera is a Mythic Hero who will grant players an Astra Blessing when summoned. During Astra Season, Ashera's allies who also have an Astra Blessing will receive a HP+5 and Res+5 to their stats, increasing the party's viability.

This is very important, as she is the very first Astra Mythic that boosts a unit's Res. If you're running a tanky unit blessed with Astra, their survivability is also increased.

Ashera Strengths

Exclusive Weapon that further boosts her Atk the more bonuses there are on her team

Mythic Ashera Fire Emblem Heroes FEH.png

Ashera's Order's Sentence grants her Atk/Spd/Def/Res+5 during combat if she has a bonus active on her.

She will also further increase her Atk the more bonuses there are on an ally within 2 spaces of her. This makes her excel in teams with cheerleader units that are designated to give buffs.

When refined, Order's Sentence grants Ashera Atk+3, a Guard effect, Atk/Spd/Def/Res+9 during combat, an Atk bonus equal to 1.5x the highest total stat bonuses among Ashera and allies within 3 spaces, 30% damage reduction on her foe's first attack, true damage reduction on her foe's first attack equal to half of the highest total stat bonuses among Ashera and allies within 3 spaces, and 7 HP post-combat healing.

This refine turns Ashera into a statball-type unit, relying on sheer stats to overwhelm her enemies.

Order's Restaint+ grants multiple effects to Ashera and her allies

Ashera's C skill, Order's Restraint+, grants Atk/Res+6 , 【Null Panic】, and 【Null Follow-Up】 to herself and nearby allies at the start of each turn.

Additionally, Order's Restraint+ grants nearby allies 【Hexblade】 at the start of each turn and cuts the effectiveness of Ashera's foe's non-Special percentage-based damage reduction effects in half.

In combat, Order's Restraint+ also grants Ashera Atk/Spd/Def/Res+4 if she is near an ally.

These effects improve combat for both Ashera and her allies, making them more likely to defeat their foes in return.

Very high Res makes her resilient against mages

With base 40 Res at Lvl 40 without the effects of her kit, Ashera can withstand attacks against most mages in the game.

This means that she would be a good wall against the many tome users in Aether Raids.

Ashera Weaknesses

No Close Counter means that she's vulnerable to melee units

Due to her not having Close Counter in her kit, Ashera has no way to retaliate if a melee unit attacks her.

This could be dangerous, even if Ashera survives the attack, as there are units that can grant themselves another action after they attacked such as Fallen Edelgard or units with Galeforce.

Poor Def makes her extremely vulnerable to physical damage

With very low Def, Ashera will not be able to survive units that deal physical damage. Units that use Brave Bow+ or have similar effects such as Ninja Lyn will be able to take her out with no problems, as being able to attack twice means that Ashera cannot retaliate.

Weak to anti-colorless units

Anti-Colorless Units
Sophia - Nabata Prophet ImageSophia Robin - High Deliverer ImageRobin (M) Cecilia - Etrurian General ImageCecilia Nagi - Dragon Avatar ImageNagi

Since she is a colorless unit, units with Raven Tomes will have weapon advantage over Ashera. This includes Nagi, whose weapon skill also gives her weapon advantage over her. If you come across one of these units equipped with a Raven Tome in their build, be sure that Ashera avoids contact with them.

Ashera as a Source Hero

Ashera Avatar

Value of Skills ★★★★★

Inheriting Atk/Res Ideal 4 or Lull Spd/Res 3

Ashera can be used to inherit Atk/Res Ideal 4 and Lull Spd/Res 3. However, Ashera is a very powerful hero.
Not only can she provide support to your teams thanks to her Order's Restraint. She can also:

  1. Provide a +Res boost to your AR-O team in Astra season if they are appropriately blessed.
  2. Unlock the 7th raiding slot for AR-O in Astra season. This allows you to use an additional unit in AR-O if they are either an Astra Mythic, or Astra blessed.

Please think carefully before fodderring her off

*put, not out 🤦🏼‍♂️

Y'all out draw back on every other mage that i can recall, but have reposition on this one's builds. Why? Is there something different that warrants reposition here over other mages? I've used draw back because y'all suggested it for a while, but i hardly ever use it & reposition helps me much more.
