The Weapon Triangle Explained

This is a guide to the important combat feature known as the Weapon Triangle in Fire Emblem Heroes (FEH). Read on to learn about different types of weapons and classes, as well as the type advantages and disadvantages all weapon types have.

What Is the Weapon Triangle?

The affinity between color classes is called the Weapon Triangle, and it works in a Rock-Paper-Scissors like fashion. Weapons that are have a triangle advantage over another weapon are said to be effective on that weapon, and they will deal 1.2 times their normal damage output. Conversely, weapons with triangle disadvantage deal 1.2 times less than their normal damage output. This is a significant feature of FEH combat, so be sure that you understand how this mechanism works.

Weapon Types of Each Color Class

In FEH, there are many different weapons, and each of them fits into a particular color class. The color of the weapon's icon will be the same as its color class.
