When using an Ascendant Floret, we recommend getting the next superboon if it fits the hero. If not, consider what stat your hero needs most.
The best IVs for Reginn are +Spd and -Res. A higher Spd stat allows Reginn to get a ton of follow-up attacks on her foes. Additionally, her Spd is a superboon so you should take advantage of that as much as possible. Her Res is of less importance and thus safe to be taken as a bane.
+Spd is extra important with the Galeforce build as follow-up attacks further speed up its activation.
We recommend a +Spd IV when merging Reginn to 10. It is best to aim for follow-up attacks to increase her offensive ability as his Atk combined with her Def debuffs is already high. If you prefer a Reginn that one-shots foes, you can go for a +Atk IV instead. She can reach an upwards of 51 Spd at max merges which is definitely at an elite range.

This build loads up on offensive stats to deal as much damage as possible with Seiðr Shell+, and then retreats with Canto. Flared Sparrow creates terrain that hinders ranged foes from approaching; helpful in getting Reginn to safety.

Since Canto 3 activates after Galeforce has triggered, this means that Reginn can score two attacks then retreat to a safe zone. We highly recommend bringing external cooldown reduction like Askr's Opened Domain to assist Reginn in triggering Galeforce quickly.

Reginn is a Mythic Hero, and when summoned, you will receive an Astra Blessing. During Astra Season, allies who have been given an Astra Blessing and appear together with Reginn in batlle will receive a HP+5 and Atk+3 bonus to their stats, increasing the party's overall power.
If Reginn initiates combat, Lyngheiðr grants:
When refined, Lyngheiðr grants Reginn bonus stats, bonus damage equal to 20% of Reginn's Spd, and a Null Follow-Up effect.
However, what really makes Lyngheiðr a special weapon is the 【Canto (3)】 effect. It allows Reginn to move an additional 3 spaces after she commits to an attack. This allows for lots of strategic maneuvers such as a hit and run tactic.
Since she is granted extra movement after attacking a structure, she can easily snipe key buildings in Aether Raids as she can retreat to safety after.
In this case, Reginn was able to move after she destroys a structure. If she chooses to snipe a key building deep into enemy lines, she can retreat back to safety moreso with the support of allies.
Seiðr Shell+ upon activation improves Reginn's damage by a flat 20 value. This cannot be reduced by stats so it will carve into the enemy regardless of how powerful their defensive stats are.
Additionally, it grants her adaptive damage so Reginn can exploit units with imbalanced defenses. She would normally have to go through a unit like Young Minerva's monstrous Def stat to take her out, but because of this effect, she shreds through Minerva's very low Res stat. Coupled with the flat damage boost, she can take out a wide range of units in the first turn.
Adaptive damage is when a skill effect allows a unit to calculate damage using the lower of a foe's Def or Res stat.
As Reginn is an Astra-type Mythic hero, during Astra season in Aether Raids, if she is put into your raiding party, you can put an additional Astra Mythic hero into your team or any unit that has been blessed by Astra.
As mentioned earlier, she can run hit and run tactics in Aether Raids. Using the extra movement from Lyngheiðr, she can take out a key building or a key defensive unit, while sprinkling the effects of Panic Smoke 4, and retreating back into safe zones.
Summoners must not forget that 【Canto (3)】 will be deactivated at the start of the 5th turn. Please strategize around this fact and don't overshoot Reginn's abilities especially in Aether Raids.
Reginn's Def, and Res stats are at decent levels and her Spd stat is at a high enough level to be considered as durable, but her HP is very low. If a foe has a skill that can guarantee a follow-up attack on Reginn, there is a good chance that she will be taken out.
Reginn takes 1.5x damage from cavalry-effective weapons like Ridersbane, and one blow from this type of weapon is sure to take her down. Make sure you know what weapons you are up against before hopping too far into the line of battle!

Reginn can be used to inherit Lull Spd/Def 3 or Panic Smoke 4. However, Reginn is a very powerful Astra-type Mythic hero that can do so much in Aether Raids even without merges! We strongly recommend against fodderring her off.
Swift Sparrow 3 is also a solid, time-tested skill, but it is available from many other units. Consider all your resources before fodderring off Reginn.
Reginn is a limited time Hero who can be pulled from a Mythic Hero Summoning event. They do not appear in regular summons.
Note: Not currently a featured hero in any Summon events.
