Lich of Lost Boy Cavern Location

Lich of Lost Boy Cavern is located in Lost Boy Cavern east of Bravil. Read the Weathered Journal near the entrance of the cave to start the quest.

Note: It's best to start this quest once you reach level 23 as the lich is impossible to fight if you're a lower level.

Make Your Way to Lost Boy's Hidden Bastion

Lost Boy Cavern is a fairly large cave system occupied by necromancers and their undead servants. You'll need to reach Lost Boy's Hidden Bastion to find the lich described in the Weathered Journal.

You can quickly reach the hidden bastion by heading to the southeastern entrace in Lost Boy Cavern to reach Lost Boy's Yawning Halls, and then heading to the northeastern exit from this area.

Defeat the Lich Erandur-Vangaril

Once at the Lost Boy's Hidden Bastion, make your way to the southeastern section of the map where you'll encounter the Lich Erandur-Vangaril. You can only attack and defeat the lich if you're level 23 and above. Otherwise, the lich is non-corporeal and impossible to attack.

Defeat the lich to and loot a leveled staff from its corpse, which also completes the quest.
