Imperial Corruption is located in the Temple District at The Imperial City. Speak with Luronk gro-Glurzog or Ruslan to start the quest.

Talk to Luronk gro-Glurzog or Ruslan

Luronk gro-Glurzog

Find and speak with Luronk gro-Glurzog or Ruslan in the Imperial City. Choose the Corrupt Imperial Watchman to start the quest.

Speak with Jensine and Raise Her Disposition

Jensine

Go to Jensine's "Good as New" Merchandise at the Market District and speak with Jensine. Raise her disposition to 70 so she will reveal the name of the corrupt Imperial watchman: Audens Avidius.

Talk to Hieronymus Lex or Servatius Quintilius

Servatius Quintilius

Speak with any of the Imperial Guards in the city and choose the Where can I find a Watch Captain? dialogue option. The guard will either direct you to Hieronymus Lex or Servatius Quintilius, depending on whether or not you completed the Thieves Guild questline.

Speak with Hieronymus Lex or Servatius Quintilius. Both will refuse to help and refer you to another captain, Itius Hayn.

Talk to Itius Hayn and Raise His Disposition

Itius Hayn

Find Itius Hayn in the city and raise his disposition to 70. Choose the Corrupt Imperial Watchman and he will ask you to get two witnesses to testify against Audens Avidius.

Raise Luronk gro-Glurzog's and Ruslan's Dispositions

Ruslan

Raise Luronk gro-Glurzog's and Ruslan's dispositions to 70 to convince them to testify against Audens Avidius.

Once you have convinced the two to testify, the quest log will update and the marker will point to Itius Hayn.

Ignore the quest marker and wait for more than 12 hours in-game to receive a quest complete notification showing that Audens Avidius has been arrested.

Imperial Corruption Rewards

1 Fame Point

You will receive 1 Fame point upon completing this quest.

Increase in Jensine's Disposition

In addition to 1 Fame point, Jensine's disposition will increase.
