Skingrad Recommendation is located in Skingrad Mages Guild. Talk to Adrienne Berene to start the quest.

Speak with Adrienne Berene
After arriving at Skingrad's Mages Guild, look for Adrienne Berene. She should be found upstairs, wearing a blue dress. She will tell you about a mage named Erthor that's been missing lately and asks you to look for him to receive your recommendation.
Talk to the other Guild Mages
After accepting the quest, talk to the other Skingrad Mages to look for clues on Erthor. They will let you know that Erthor's been practicing his magic around Bleak Flats Cave. Talking to Sulinus Vassinus will give you Erthor's full story, while talking to Druja will allow him to mark your map for Bleak Flats Cave's location.
Talk to Adrienne Again
After talking to Druja, he will tell you that you should inform Adrienne that you know where Erthor is. Head up to Adrienne and talk to her about Bleak Flats Cave. She will ask you to fetch Erthor from there and hands you a weak Fireball spell to assist you through your search.
Head to Bleak Flats Cave
Bleak Flats Cave is northwest of Skingrad. The cave is short but populated with Deranged Zombies when you traverse deeper. Once you hit the deepest point in the cave, you will find Erthor in his study.
Bring Erthor back to Skingrad
Talking to Erthor and telliing him to follow you back to Skingrad will automatically make him follow you. Simply find your way out the cave and back to Skingrad and talk to Adrienne to complete your recommendation quest.

Druja does not exist in my game and therefor i cant complete the quest. I have tried so many things but she is not in the mages guild building? Any command i can use or anything that will work?
